Q. Can you do 8 button layouts?
A. No, we only do 6 button layouts. 6 button layout is the tournament and arcade standard.
Q. Where are the Start, Home/Guide, and Start/Back buttons on the Slim Arcade model?
A. These buttons are located on the sides of the unit.
Q. Are you doing any custom work?
A. We are not taking any custom projects at this time.
Q. Can I use images of Chun-Li, E. Honda or Ryu, etc. for my custom artwork?
A. No, these are characters that Capcom owns the rights too and will not allow us to use their images.
Q. Where can I find a template to create my own artwork?
A. Please visit the custom artwork page under information
Q. I have seen some sticks you have done in the past and they have Capcom characters on them, what's up with that?
A. In the past we did use Capcom characters until Capcom politely contacted us and asked us to stop, so we did.
Q. What happened to the Arcade-in-a-Box and Jamma-in-a-Box Systems.
A. Do to low sales we stopped making both of those items.
